A new way to induce vomiting
3 stars for quality only because of the nice texture. I always appreciate how firm and creamy (without being watery or unspreadable) Philadelphia's cream cheeses are.
But the flavor? Blegh. Just forget about it! It's like moldy cheese with specks of---ham? bacon?---speckled into it. Tastes so bad and the aftertaste is EVEN WEIRDER, eerily metallic.
Quite unfortunate I was lured by the 'salmon' ingredient and didn't care to ponder how that might be integrated into a dairy base. I think the combination was doomed to fail with my taste buds, and I certainly mourn the $10 lost to the 'medium-size' package I got (340g) as there were no smaller alternatives to sample.
