Thinly sliced, easy to eat strips of heaven. So easy to eat, my only problem is I simply do not know when to stop eating this product. I have started chopping it finely and using it it my cooking. It is a must try in rice pudding (I usually chop it a bit larger for this dish). Excellent in muffins, or in a stir fry or believe it or not in a soup. Not only is it delicious but high in Vitamin C, no fat so makes an excellent snack for any time of the day or night.

Definitely a must try, if you like mango you will love this!
