Expensive products, partially works

I have had this product for years. I have used it intermittently for around 4 years. I used it on my face and it doesnt remove hairs, the hair has gone lighter but it still present.
On my armpits it burns and works in parts, its still patchy, hair doesnt grow as quick.
On my bikini like, hair is thinner, grows slower but is again patchy.
On the legs it has worked the best, although hair is patchy i would say its worked the best on the lower leg.
Its heavy and bulky and hard to use, it needs to be smaller and lighter. The lazer light gets dirty and is impossible to clean where it burns skin. I would not buy this for the price i paid, around 450 many years ago.
