Between myself and my husband, we have gone through SIX of these units. They work for awhile and then stop working. And that is when the frustration really begins. We contacted Phillips in December 2016 who indicated that they could replace the product, but only in February 2017 as they were out of stock or we could chose to have our money refunded. We decided on the refund as February looked so far away. Yah, right. It is now May 2017 and we are STILL waiting for our refunds. Together, Phillips owes us about $400. I will never buy another Phillips product again - ever.
