I love this floss pik, it’s strong, cordless, waterproof, and the size of a normal electric toothbrush. Wish it could spray water out like the waterpiks but it’s not too bad without.

Makes dental care a breeze

I received this product free when I purchased the Sonicare electric toothbrush. I can't say I would have bought this on my own but I do enjoy using it nonetheless. I have a small mouth and my teeth are very tight together so I find flossing, especially in the back, to be a challenge. This certainly helps. You can fill it with either water or mouthwash. I fill with mouthwash for a little extra cleaning/freshness. Easy to use and clean. I would not replace flossing entirely though. I mentioned this to my dentist and she recommended I use this daily and continue to manually floss once or twice a week as she didn't think this would be as effective as flossing with dental floss. Something to keep in mind for sure because this is advertised as an alternative to manual flossing which it is not.

Between myself and my husband, we have gone through SIX of these units. They work for awhile and then stop working. And that is when the frustration really begins. We contacted Phillips in December 2016 who indicated that they could replace the product, but only in February 2017 as they were out of stock or we could chose to have our money refunded. We decided on the refund as February looked so far away. Yah, right. It is now May 2017 and we are STILL waiting for our refunds. Together, Phillips owes us about $400. I will never buy another Phillips product again - ever.
