I love this cleanser because it is very light and highly effective for removing make-up. The Philosophy line itself is a well packaged, feel good product that makes my skin glow. I have been using it for many years and would definitely recommend it for all skin types!

Purity has always been really hyped up and I got sucked into thinking that this product would be fantastic. Well, it was not. Actually, this cleanser feels really nice on the skin. It also has a refreshing herbal scent (much like some Aveeda products). Although Purity contains lots of natural ingredients, it also contains two types of detergent. Sadly, this made me break out (really badly) within one use only. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. The price is not worth it at all.

So I dont have sensitive skin, which I think this product would suit best, but it came in a kit I got so why not give it a try right? Well I knew it was washing my face, but i saw no difference. I didnt breakout more or get anymore zits, but my face didn't improve There was no glow, no acne disappearance, no change at all. It just doesn't seem to be that deep of a cleanser. If you have super sensitive skin, maybe this will work for you, otherwise skip it. The price isn't worth it.

I always ended up coming back to my tried and true bottle of gel cleanser. That is until I met Philosophy's Purity Made Simple Facial Cleanser. My new best friend.

It's the first and only facial cleanser that I have used that actually gives me the results I am looking for....all in one! It's cleans, really cleans! but does not strip or leave you're face feeling dry. It removes all make up and does not irritate the eyes. Purity has a thick lotion consistency, I mix it with some lukewarm water and it quickly turns into a nice light lather on my face. I use gentle circular motions making sure to use it for 30 seconds to 1 minute in order to get the full cleaning and hydrating benefits. What I am left with is a clean, naturally glowing complexion!

It's the first cleanser I have used that leaves me feeling like I am actually doing my skin some good. The results I have noticed in using Purity over the past 4 months are: less visible pores, more even skin tone, softer skin and my moisturisers and serums work better on my skin, they absorb so much faster! It's absolutley worth it to me to invest in a product line that actually works, because it means all my other well invested products will work better for me too.

I have liked the Purity cleanser so much, I decided to try a kit from Philosophy called " Makeup Optional". It's an advanced skin care kit which includes eye cream and firming serum to name a couple of products....and so far, only 2 weeks into the kit I am really liking what I am seeing. Again, it's a results orientated product line....sure I still have some wrinkles and a bit of sun damage, but over all I am experiencing very realistic results!( I am typing this without wearing any foundation too!)

Great Cleanser it takes out makeup and grime off your skin instantly. I usually get this in a kit and i like how therers different sizes. This is great cleanser and doesnt break me out at all. I will defiently use this again!

I love this cleanser! I've been using it for about 4 months now and have noticed improvement with my skin tone- less breakouts, more vibrant. It isn't very expensive at all. Usually Philosophy has promotions going on and sometimes you can get this as a 4oz sample free! If you are a skeptic, wait til the promotion is going on to try it.
I find it to be very mild, almost scentless.

Amazing Cleanser...It doesnt just rub the dirt around on your face it literally dissolves it. I have read that people dont like the smell but i LOVE it, almost lemony fragrance. Very soft and Silky texture without a lot of foam or bubbles... Works wonderful in the shower as well, Even my HUSBAND switched to my cleanser because he said its the best thing he has ever tried.

Philosophy Purity Made Simple Cleanser is a good product for sensitive skin that tend to react easily.
It is easy to use in the shower, to wash your face and remove make up.
The BUT as far as my skin is concerned is A) the price, and B) I find it a bit drying (but then again, my skin is very dry )

i really do love this cleanser. I use it every single day. I used it long ago and didn't find it to be too amazing. But ever since i got my clarisonic ... which is around 2-3 years ago, i was looking for a gentle cleanser that will work well with my clarisonic. I went back to purity made simple and found that it works so well with the brush. I have really sensitive skin so i'm really careful about new products. But this hasn't given me problems yet. no breakouts, no reactions and doesn't dry the skin out. I can't really judge on it's ability as a make up remover since i use a cleansing oil before hand, but overall, i still love the cleanser...it's just a bit expensive
