Could be better

I purchased this because I wanted some sparkly eyeshadow in my repertoire. It isn't the worst I've used, but I do have to say that there is not much pay off to the pigment, or to the sparkle. Applying it wet makes a little bit of difference, but I have definitely used better formulas. I'll personally stick to my BH Cosmetics palettes which have MUCH more payoff in terms of pigment/sparkle.
