This became my go to food product for pastry or dessert hacks. These can be used for so much more than Crescent rolls. I use them for weiner wraps, cheese (or other danishes), pinwheels, appetizers etc. They are easy to make or use. Good substitute if can't or don't have time to make pastry. Fairly inexpensive and often on sale. I recommend these.
Found a recipe to use these for (Cream) Cheese Danishes! My family loves Cheese Danishes, so we tried it and they really loved them. We've added sliced strawberries too and drizzled with caramel. Quick and easy way to make danishes-love it!
I love these things! I love making quick and easy apple crescent rolls (found here: http://www.atasteofmadness.com/2016/02/apple-pie-crescent-rolls.html) and just having them plain. This week, No Frills had a deal for these: $1 each, limit of 2, and I bought 2 right away. These are so versatile, I jump at the chance of buying these on sale.
I wish there was a high rating I could give. These are simply delicious. I absolutely LOVE them. They are cheap (I legit stock up on them when they go on sale for like $1 at Walmart of No Frills). They are easy to make, just open the canister, separate, wrap and bake for 10 minutes. They are great tasting.. So much so I KNOW I could eat a who canister of them to myself, and I may or may not have done this. I make them every Thanksgiving and Christmas too! I would 110% recommend them to anyone, as well as purchase them again. Always!
I would recommend these crescent rolls because they are SO simple to make but honestly, I almost always add a little extra to them ie Nutella or a butter topping! The instructions are super easy and honestly, the only struggle I have is opening the tubes, am I the only one?!
Pillsbury Crescent Rolls are quick and easy to bake in an oven or even in a mini oven. It takes practically no time to separate the triangles which are pre formatted for you. Then you roll them up and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Easy peas! They don't take long to bake and smell great coming out of the oven. Add a little butter and throw it alongside a chicken or turkey dinner. Also goes nicely with tomato soup on a cold wintry day.
Love these soo delicious and fluffy... I add cheese to them for cheesy rolls soo good make pigs in a blanket always a hit! Cant go wrong with this at all!
I always have it in my refrigerator, it's very easy &tast;so yummy ,very good dough, i can make so many recipes with it & also my kids can join me in the kitchen
These are always so easy to make, and the flavour never disappoints! It's also a great treat for kids, who want to be more involved in the kitchen, the rolls are very simple and easy for them to roll.
Everyone in my family loves Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. Most recently made them for an additional breakfast item. Tried something different and rolled them with ricotta cheese and jam. I also rolled them with peameal bacon, chives and cheddar cheese. Everyone ate them up. They are so easy to make and you can add many different ingredients to create side dishes. Great for parties or any occasion. They make the house smell so nice. They are so easy and quick to make. I love that you can be really creative. Kids also love to make them. Continues to be a family favorite.
