Omg! Im in Cookie Love!

Bought these on a whim, cos hey, what else is better then salted caramel right..
The smell going thru my house when baking them, drove me nuts! Seriously, if I could mix the smell into paint..I would repaint my whole house...my nouth was watering so bad...I was checking cookies to be done evey few sec.
When they were finally baked, which thank god didnt take long, I didnt even wait for them to cool before stuffing my face..They didnt disappoint! REAL pieces of apple baked in with that delectable salted caramel.
I inhaled 4 in a row...thankl god I didnt have to share.
I am in cookie heaven...my only complaint is you only get 12 in a package.
So Im off...to the store to buy more...

More please??? Oh my, are these cookies my new fresh and fast baked cookie fave...You betcha!!!! I am seriously getting these again, my daughter was away for the weekend. Haaa, perfect time to throw these in the oven and indulge, I am ashamed to say it, but, I ate 6 the first batch, and 4 the next day, if your a cookie monster, go gettem!!!!
