Plain and simple doesn’t work

Bought this at Costco. Tried it on bathroom tiles. Scrubbed like crazy. Didn’t work!! Tried on marked up walls from my kids bumping chairs into them. Again, stains didn’t come off. I tried all the permutations of instructions. Nothing works. All hype!!
