Strawberry Heaven

I am a BIG cheesecake fan and take my cheesecake pretty seriously (I'll hoard it from my family 😜). Only because I promised 2 of my 3 children a slice did I share. This was like a trip down memory lane, the strawberry topping tasted just like my moms freezer jam. The cream cheese filling was smooth and delightful and the crust was just perfect. I've already purchased again!
