Although I tend to make my own lip tints, when I run out of ingredients my go to is Pixi. Not only does it go on smooth, the color is great! It is very difficult to find a drugstore product that does not test on animals. Pixi does not disappoint. They are cruelty free. Love the company and the product. And they don't break the bank.
