Excellent cheese, ideal for pizza and lasagna. I use it for several dishes and all my family really like it. I want it to keep it a secret but I finally had to tell everyone.

If you make pizza at home this NEEDS to be the cheese you use. It makes a nice melty slightly browned cheese that give the classic stringy cheese with our ripping off all your toppings. We buy the huge bricks from costco for our friday night pizza and movie nights. It freezes well.
