Grinding is a bad tooth problem for my husband ,I love him but he keeps me up for days and days grinding his teeth ,I bought these grind no more teeth protectors at Walmart for 22.00 there really good his says there very comfortable and he doesn't grind as much as he use to ,once in awhile he starts when he spits it out in his sleep .I finally do sleep cause he is quiet !
