I've used these on my kids when they were babies over their cloth diapers they help from getting everything wet after the baby gets their diaper wet

I know, but they're still around. They're soft and come in cute colours but they are elasticized around the leg and uncomfortable looking.This invention to me, is pretty ridiculous.
