Worth a try

To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference between this product and other iron supplments, as they all have a similar taste and texture. If I used this long term (rather than the sample amount), I may have noticed a difference. It's worth a try I suppose, although not justified for the high cost.

Gentle Iron Boost

I have been on a constant search for a proper iron supplement for me, and I think I've finally found it! I love this product because it is much gentler on my stomach than other iron supplements that I've tried, and I found myself feeling all around better while taking it.

I love that this is a Canadian brand, which is composed of Vegetarian ingredients. The gel capsule looks a little alarming at first – it is dark green in colour, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t get used to. There is no noticeable scent or taste to the capsules. After taking these, they do feel like they are a bit stuck in your throat – I had to take these will a full glass of water; occasionally I needed more to get the feeling gone.

These caused no other discomforts – no nausea, bloating, or intestinal distress or blockage. Over the period of about a week, I did notice a slight increase in energy. I normally need take at least one nap a day, and there were days where I did not need to bother with one (I’m sure my snuggly kitten is mad about that).

Since I was less fatigued, I was able to concentrate on daily tasks a bit better. Normally my hands, feet, nose, and ears are freezing cold all day long. I didn’t notice this being as severe, but the weather is also warming up. I would have to trial this longer before claiming this had benefited that issue.
Overall, I was happy to have gotten the chance to give Easy Iron a try. If you’re sensitive to supplements and in need of a quickly absorbed Iron boost, I would recommend giving these a try!
