Having a diaper genie is such a time saver!

The diaper genie has carbon filter to help eliminate the odor.
It does an okay job.
You really need empty the genie every day or every other day or even popping lid will scare your nose .

We like the easy bag system but every once in awhile they split right down the side and the bag explodes if you don't notice the tear.

The easy cutter makes bag changes a breeze.

Overall I still recommend this often

Diaper genie we love you!!! Can't imagine the stench of diapers in a garbage can when a person could own a genie. Wehsve bought many for gifts and will continue to recommend.

As a FTM, i am very particular with all the products i use for my baby. A friend of mine recommended that I get a diaper pail for my sons room. I am surprised to find that there are a lot of products in the market. Until I decided to buy playtex diaper genie. Not only does it conceals the odor but it is also very affordable. I bought this when I was pregnant with my first 6 years ago. I am currently expecting number 3 and still have it. We used it all the time but the liners can get to be expensive. I found it kept the odors out of the baby room and was able to hold quite a few diapers.

Je ne l'ai pas du tout aimée.
Dispendieux car il faut toujours acheter des sacs et qui ne neutralise pas du tout les odeurs.
Achat inutile!

J'ai eu l'occasion de me servir de cette poubelle à couche lorsque je m'occupais de jeunes enfants, et j'ai vraiment apprécier celle-ci. C'est facile à ouvrir avec le pied et hop la couche se ramasse au fond en peu de temps. C'est vraiment génial !

We received this as a gift when we had our daughter 3 years ago and we are still loving it. It is easy to change and re fill and we find that it contains the unpleasant smell of dirty diapers. It's also easy to clean. We like it much better than other models.

There is no smell whatsoever if you regularly clean & change the carbon filter

Only negative is that I truly wish it would hold a bit more diapers !! I feel like I am ALWAYS changing the bag out !

I have thee kids, twins and a younger baby. When the twins were still in diapers I thought a diaper genie was a silly thing to have, poopy diapers were poopy diapers and when the room started smelling I'd just get rid of the garbage.

With my youngest I sleep in his room with him (long story). And ugh, the pool smell was ridiculous. Not noticeable when you just walk in and out of the room, but definitely gross when you try to sleep there.

The diaper genie was one of the best buys ever! It really hold the smell, there is no poopy smell at all in the room! Easy to use, you only need one hand (and a foot), easy to get the diapers out without getting your hands dirty, even though the refills are a bit expensive it's totally worth it!

I got this to not have to run outside with poop filled diapers all day and it served its purpose! Smells will appear if you dont change once a day though specially when your baby is older and starts eating solids. Will always recommend to new parents!
