I have a very similar bottle brush from Playtex. I only got one brush in the package. I use it to clean my grandsons sippy cups. It's so handy with no bad chemicals in it.

I use this brush to clean inside water bottles and vases. The smaller brush is perfect for cleaning smaller items that are hard to reach. They can obviously be used for their original intent which is to thoroughly clean inside baby bottles and nipples. The bristles are very soft and the handle is ergonomic and comfortable to use and doesn't slip out of your hands. I like the fact that it's BPA free. A handy tool to have in your home.
