This ceramic non-stick frying pan is the first of its kind that I've used, and I'm very impressed with it so far. The design of the frying pan is much more colourful than most frying pans I've owned, matches my kitchen perfectly and the non-stick works amazingly well (though so far I've only done pizza and pancakes in it). I've been told that ceramic non-stick coatings are more temperamental than some other kinds, and need very delicate care when washing, but so far I've had absolutely no issues with it. However, definitely don't use metal instruments on it, as with all non-stick.

The pan itself is easy to cook with and even easier to clean, dirt and grease just slide off it with a little soap and water. The handle can be detached, which makes for easy storage, and also makes it much more portable if you plan on taking this with you when camping. The pan comes with a little heart-shaped mould which you can use for things like eggs or pancakes. It's a nice, cute touch that I thought was very nice.

Overall, I like this pan more than any of the other frying pans I own. It's easy to use, but more importantly easy to clean and truly non-stick.
