I am happy to have tried these pads. While they are much thicker than the liners, they do help create even more confidence. The pads are very soft and comfortable to wear seated in a car or desk for hours. After any leaks, the pad absorbs it so there is no feeling of wetness and there is no lingering smell, like what happens when I've tried using period pads for my LBL. The hourglass shape helps the pad stick into the underwear - but, there are no wings to keep it secure. That is a deal breaker for me. While I do not expect to purchase this style in the future - I do recommend the pad to any women that will fully appreciate the bulk of the pad. Again, I'd totally suggest you wear this pad if you have a desk job or are travelling as they will make you feel much more comfortable. I received a free sample from the manufacturer by filling out the request form on the Poise website.

I recommended to some of my Female friends to try Poise Hourglass Pads,they are great for when having a heavy period or if you have a leak when coughing or sneezing and sometimes Laughing Poise will stop you from embarrassment and accidents that accidently happens some times.The glue on the back helps them to stick to your under clothes so there are no movements ,and the Pad stays in place.Very comfortable to wear ,they come in a regular length and also a long length with different thickness.It depends on on the severity of the leakage and period you might have.Very comfortable and comforting when going out in public.aA bit on a high price to purchase but going to their wenb site,they always have coupons and samples to try.I highly recommend this product to any woman who doesn't feel safe or uncomfortable when going out in public places.Worth every dollar you pay for them.

Poise Hourglass Pads are my "go to" pads. I find they are very effective, especially when I have a bit of a cold and am coughing or sneezing more frequently. It's nice to not have to worry about "leaks". My only "issue" is they are a little thicker than another brand, but again, they are the brand I trust the most when I feel I need that extra protection.

I just started using the poise pads I do have to say from using other brands I wish I would have used these sooner! I used the extra long ones when I went into delivery and they are recommend for anyone looking for a heavy duty pad!
These I love they abrob I've never had a leak (and I'm very heavy) and they feel super comfy.

I've tried these and I liked them, they had a nice scent ,the packaging was nice and I like the contour shape of them, I found them very comfortable

I find that Poise pads are too short. When you buy the long pads the front of them has a fold over area which still doesn't make them long enough. I also find that they don't stick very well to underware.

My group of girls refuse to purchase any products from Poise after watching their latest commercial which says: "I have Sam, I have Sam in my pants, Sam's not very big.......". Honestly we all feel the Company who makes Poise panty liners has gone above and beyond to humiliate and disrespect women!!!!!!!! That has to be the most disgusting feminine protection product commercial ever produced and for that reason we have all decided to boycott any and all Poise products! Shame on you Poise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
