Got it as a sample, used it for periods, didn't work too well, but probably would work for bladder leaks.

I received a free sample for Poise pads in the mail. I tried Poise pads and was very pleased with this product. No leaks, and they stay in place. Very comfortable to wear. I would definitely buy Poise pads.

If you have Bladder Leakage or just want protection when you are on your period,well Ladies,Poise Liners are the one for you.They are fantastic in saving your under garment from stains.My Daughter also uses them when she has a period for protection against any accidents.Anyone can have an accident so I choose Poise Liners ,just to be on the safe side.They come also in pads in different sizes or depending on your problem,they come in much thicker size,and either long or regular length.I recommend these just to be safe and worry free when going out.
