Did not enjoy the firmness

i thought maybe the pillow needed to be worked in or something, but after a week i am still getting neck pain. I was shocked as it had such great reviews on it that i got 2. Its too firm, it does stay cold like its intended to do but my neck is to elevated, its not comfy one bit.
