i have a polka dot top and its adorable!! but it kinda depends on the color of the polka dots because i don't want to end up looking like a clown.

Polka dot has been out of the fashion scene for a while and like any other item it has come back - since fashion circulates. But, of course, it's been updated and is a fresh look right now; especially for spring/ summer.
