This is a homeopathic remedy for seasonal allergies. It is to be taken 3 times a day and can be taken hourly for flare ups. I love this product!! I used to take extra strength claritin for seasonal allergies, but pollinosan works just as good and doesn't leave me feeling in a fog. It is also gentle on my body! I highly recommend it!
