Polyride Fe iron Supplement is used to prevent anemia, as someone who is anemic I use these to help control my iron. These Vegetable Caplsules are far easier on the stomach than the prescription alternatives. These however can be asked for directly from the pharmacist. They are slightly pricey but worth every penny.. sorry I forgot we Canadians no longer work with pennies, so every nickel.
