This is the best cold sore medication that I have ever used. I get about 6 a year due to a medication I have to take and this is the first product I have tried that actually works. The healing time is shortened significantly and the tingling I normally felt is not near as bad.

I have cold sores and they are terrible. Using this product is amazing it seals it so I can go to work and do other things . Keeps the cold sore from bleeding or the scab falling off in the middle of a meeting! Anyone who suffers from these knows. How embarrassing when it's starting to heal and things fall off. Applying this as soon as you get the tingling speed the process so much faster I find than the abreva! I try to buy these when they go on sale cause they are amazing . I highly recommend these to anyone suffering from cold sore !

Polysporin cold sore healing patch works really amazing. It works wonders. The most trust one when it comes to cold sores. Bit pricey but amazing product.
