I always use this product

I have tried various cold sore products but most are a cream and is very noticeable on your face and looks gross. These patches are clear and keep the cold sore covered while it heals. They are a little pricey but they work. This product is the only one I use now when I get cold sores.

Can finally sleep with a coldsore

One of the worst things about a coldsore is how little sleep I normally get. I'm always worried about it spreading while I sleep, rubbing my face on my pillow or scratching my face while half asleep etc. With these coldsore patches my coldsore is covered and protected and I can catch up on much needed sleep.

I'm not sure how well they work on actually stopping the coldsore itself but for bedtime they are well worth the money for me.

I expected better

I usually just buy the creams for a cold sore but this time thought I would try the patches..I honestly found them not as easy as I thought they would be and did not work as well as the creams..I don't think I will be buying these again.

Helps make you feel better about a cold sore

I get cold sores. Not as frequently as when i was a kid. I find that you become hyper aware of them and self conscious about it. These Polysporin Cold Sore Patches really mask the cold sore and help to ease the stress of being in public with one.
I don’t honestly know if they help cut the duration of a cold sore for me as I take L-Lysine capsules and use cold sore medication when I am home and before bed but they definitely help me not be so awkward about having one.
They last a long time on you lip as long as you don’t put on lip balm or chapstick, or lip gloss. Lipstick seems to be fine but the others make it less sticky and it ends up coming off.
You get quite a few in a pack and I find I don’t use all of them in one cold sore duration so it’s nice that I have them when I need as they are individually wrapped.

I have had cold sores since I was a little girl and unfortunately passed this gene on to my son. Cold sores are a form of herpes simplex. Nothing to worry about, just a mother name for cold sores. Nothing really works to get rid of them but this product has reduced the inflammation and quite quickly much to my surprise. It can be a little costly all depending where you purchase it but definitely worth the try.

A cover-up 4 the dreaded cold sore

Nobody enjoys a cold sore, I myself feel somewhat embarrassed when I have a cold sore. But the Polysporin Cold Sore patch covers the ugly cold sore, creates a barrier to help stop the spread of the cold sore and I found it sped up my healing time. My only grumble is sometimes I cannot get the cover-up to stick to my sore, although it is probably more my fault than the patches fault.

Nice way to cover Coldsores

I've tried this product and although I did not exactly minimize my coldsore it did provide an effective way to hide it!

I actually went on a date with one on and they didn't mention anything so I think it was pretty effective! I would recommend this product to cover your cold sore until it heals :).

Cold Sore remedy

I love this product. I have been getting cold sores most of my life and have found these to be the best product out there. You apply it at first sensation or when you see it and leave it. I like that it keeps you from touching the sore in anyway. I find it keeps the cold sore clean and moist enough and heals up speeding time. Keeps the virus contained and prevents spreading.

Pros and cons

Even if you compleatly dry the whole area 10 minutes later the part that's on the "inside" comes loose, yet the part on your outer lip sticks really good. The medication it provides is helpful. I find it heals a couple days sooner then if I Sony use anything. Oh oh my favorite thing is you can put cover up and lip stick on and it hides well
