As soon as I feel the itch I apply them and leave them on as instructed. I love that they hide the sore with the skin coloured patch.

Perfect for this cold sore prone person

This is a Great product. It's almost invisible on your skin. No nwed to cover with makeup. Ruined a couple trying to figure out how to put it on but soon got the hang of it. I keep some in my purse for when I am out of the house and fwwl the tingle of a cold sore coming on

Effective

Great product. Finally there is something to conceal the 'ugly' phase of the cold sore. As for the reported problems with covering it further with makeup, just don't. It's virtually invisible on your skin and you simply don't need to.

Good product

It masks the coldsore well and also speeds up the healing process because if you keep it on as long as possible it will “burst” underneath and therefore you will start to heal faster.
Also good for when your in the shower and don’t want cross contamination etc.

loved it! i bought this product for faster and quicker healing and it did its job very well. i would definitely recommend. off the counter medication not too expensive but yet very affective

these are so handy to carry on your person. perfect for a cut or sore. its like a antiseptic and bandaid all in one. Personally, i kept having to re-apply polysporin because of it rubbing off but now...no worries.

Best for cold sores

I really like this product for the fact that it conceals the cold sore and reduces the chances of it spreading. I found that the cold sore doesn’t crack and become sore. It heals quickly and painlessly

Une amie m'avait conseiller d'utiliser ce produit car je souffrais de feux sauvage et depuis à chaque fois que je commence à sentir un début de feu sauvage je l'utilise et ça diminue les sensation de démangeaisons et ça guéris plus vite qu'avant un miracle ce produit pour moi et vu que ça ne laisse pas les croûtes se créer je me sens moins mal de sortir lol

Heal faster

I have been using the Polysporin Cold Sore patches for quite a few years now.
I really like how they shield and protect you from potentially spreading the infected area.
I also noticed that it helped heal the cold sore faster than without the patch. Up to 3-4 days sooner.
The patches are easy to use once you get the hang of how to work them, they are clear so they can be fairly “invisible” until you catch the light - it causes a sheen on the patch. Makeup is not th bet idea on the patch, it isn’t very seamless and makes it more noticeable.
I think it you prefer to cut down the healing time these are your best option!
