I don’t think I would buy the product again. I’m prone to cold sores so I have tried a wide variety of products for them. I found these did not work as great as they claimed to work. There price is very high as well for the amount you receive.

I don't get cold sores often but when I do I love these patches. I work closely with patients and these are nice to keep the cold sores covered while near others. I can't say they heal quicker but I like how they keep me covered and less obvious.

I bought this product and used it at the first sign of a cold sore and it kept it from spreading and it healed much quicker! I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!

Helps to ride out the embarrassing week of a cold sore

I get cold soreswhen I am stressed out. I tried these when I had to go to a Congress and had a huge cold sore. It worked well to conceal the old site but you can still see that it's there. It's less embarassing than the the huge ouzing lump on my lip! Although, I didn't find that it lessened the time I had the cold sore.

I discovered this product a few years back before I took medication for cold sores.
I found using a medicated ointment for a few days then applying this patch for the last remaining days worked well.

It “healed” the sore in my opinion.
Using treatment to get rid of the virus before it spread then using the patch to finish the job was great.

It hid the sore VERY well when applied perfectly. Other times you would see the plastic if it didn’t stick to your skin properly.

I would recommend this to anyone who gets cold sores, but would also advise them to go see their doctor for medication if they get cold sores often.

Works great!

I get cold sores often and have tried many products to help speed healing of these. There have been no other products i find to work as effectively to heal and clear them away! Definitely recommend

Somewhat works to hide sore, horrible at treating sore.

I work in fashion and model for a small company on the side. My biggest worry is to hide the sore, but I would obviously like it gone quickly as well. My cold sores, untreated, last around 10-12 days. They do not hurt but are very ugly to look at.
Concerning hiding the sore, it is effective when I do not eat or drink anything. The edges of the patch are still visible even with lipstick on top of it too unfortunately. When I eat or drink, the patch lifts and goes from clear to a white/cloudy colour. This makes it extremely visible.
Concerning treating the sore, it does not do anything. My cold sore still lasted 10-12 days despite using this product at first signs (tingling), having it on 24/7, and changing it whenever I eat/drink (around 4-5 times a day).
It is too expensive of a product to only last me 4-5 days. It does not treat the cold sore and does not speed up healing time. It moderately hides the sore as long as it does not lift.

I had, for a brief moment forgot that I even had a cold sore when I passed the mirror. While they are effective in medicating the cold sore it also helps to conceal the redness of them. These little dots stick to your lip and I like putting it on before bed so it can stay on all night! During the day the corners can lift when you drink and eat. I do keep these in my arsenal kit when I feel the dreaded tingle of one coming. Follow the instructions on how to put them on so you don't stick them to your fingers.

When it works it works well

As anyone that suffers with cold sores knows, they are embarrassing and unattractive. Usually I get them seasonally, and usually always in the same location on my top lip. This is when I like using this product as I am able to apply it correctly and it hides the cold sore and sticks fairly well. However when I get a cold sore on the side in the crack of my lips, the product doesn't work, will not stick, comes off with any moisture or eating and essentially makes the whole scenario more frustrating and embarrassing.

EXPENSIVE but TOTALLY WORTH IT

I been using this product for years now.
During cold season I get chills and the fever always makes me get cold sores. Totally disgusting and ugly and I use this to cover it and I put my make up over it, makes it totally invisible, which I live for. It’s about $20 at my nearest drug store but it’s so worth it makes it heal fast and covers it up.
