not as effective as commercials would have you think

I got these to try with a cold sore, I found they were difficult to put on often not going on right on the first try hence wasting a few in the package with application making it even more pricey then it already was. While the competitors I found went on easier theirs swelled with moisture and did not stick as well as this brand but any moisture on them they tend to lift and fall off and around the mouth not so great thing to happen.Not sure I would buy again while it felt a little protected with the difficulty of application as if there is a wrinkle it lifts easily and the cost very torn on practicality and cost of it. Better then competitors version but still a far cry from being something to rave over.

These are definitely what you need for cold soreS!!!! They cover it and the patch makes your face feel so nice and you even forget the cold sore is there. I hate having cold sores so these make me feel half decent to go into town with one

Although a bit pricey I would buy again . I don't know if it helped heal my cold sore any faster , but it great at concealing the cold sore. Help stop you form touching it and therefore spreading it as well.

Works well along with other treatments

I have dealt with cold sores my entire life so I decided to give the Polysporin cold sore healing patches a try. They're a little tricky to get on at first but I got the hang of it. Wearing it doesn't really feel like anything, it's just like wearing a band-aid. I don't really feel like it helps my cold sores heal any faster so I use it when I need to go out and the creams when I'm at home. You definitely can't wear make up on top of it, the texture is really smooth and not quite like it. However it definitely helps the look of the blistery type of cold sores by sort of blurring it out. Up close you can see the patch but from normal conversation distance it is most likely not noticeable. The patches are a little pricey but if hiding the cold sore if important to you then definitely worth it.

To protect your loved ones it’s a good deal

I use these to mainly protect my kids from getting the germs when I have an active cold sore.
They want to kiss mom and I don’t ever wanna tell them no.
I find I have to change them often and that’s not counting if I eat or drink with one on.
But so far so good with the kids
So I will buy them
But I wish the adhesive worked better, especially for the price

Even though they cost a lot they really work awesome. I was getting cold sores a lot last winter and decided to give them a try. The patch sticks well and within days they were healing the cold sores. Love them and will definitely tell people I know that they work.

I would buy this product again!

This product is great to cover up that pesky cold sore, however no matter how dry I try to keep my lips the patch still kept coming off. Considering the price of these patches I would recommend buying the cream and applying it orally and only using the patches at night.

Not the product for me

I am prone to coldsores and thought I would try this instead of my usual type but I found it did not help me in the way I wanted it to. For the cost I was not impressed with how it worked for me. Would not get again.
