I have had cold sores as far back as i can remember. They have always been very painful and hard for me to even smile after they start to scab. I used these I would hide from the world when I got a cold sore! I would feel awful and try anything to get of work . It took me about a while to get the application just right, and you do have to change the patch every 4 to 5 hours. The will start to dry out on you if you do not because you are talking, smiling, eating and so but they are a great relief to me.
