I would not recommend this product

I have been getting cold sores for as long as I can remember. I usually keep Rx antivirals on me in case of a break out and it usually clears it up within a couple of days. However, I went out of town and forgot my meds, got a cold sore, and in desperation bought these polysporin patches. BIG MISTAKE!! While they did stay on, they were huge. The biggest issue for me was when the time came for removal, it’s was stuck on so well that when it came off it left a huge gaping wound on my lip, it tore the whole top of the cold sore off! By keeping the patch over the cold sore it didn’t get the opportunity to dry out so it was always moist, therefore not healing. By purchasing and using these patches it defiantly prolonged the healing process of my cold sore. Wouldn’t recommend this product at all!

My maid of honour had a cold sore my wedding day

Just as the commercial of the bridesmaid that had to wear this for her friends wedding. My maid of honour actually had a cold sore the day of my wedding and she used this patch all week and it was very well gone by the time of the big day. Totally recommend it!

When in doubt

I have tried these and they do help with the healing process however they are not invisible. They do work which is what you want so I give them a two thumbs up.

Covers up the cold sore nicely!!

These patches work great if you want to cover up the cold sore. I find though it still takes the same amount of time to heal. They are little pricey as well.

Best cold sore patch

My husband is prone to cold sores and after trying many other products this one was the best. Shorter healing time and no noticeable scars left. Totally recommend.

Ugly cold sore

My husband seems to be prone to cold sores regularly. We’ve tried several things including abreast and polysporin beats it hands down. The break out time is definitely shorter and it is very un noticeable. I love it.

As someone who suffers from cold sores, from a weakened immune system, I was amazed at how well these work, and cut down the length and severity of cold sores. They are discreet and work well.

Great for small sores

I have used these on many occasions when I have had the uncomfortable cold sores. I feel if the sore is too big or does not cover well or if the sore is to close to the inside of your lip as they do not stick well if they get wet. But has helped cover up small sores and are not as noticeable as you think they would be.
