Covers up the cold sore so I am not picking at it or scratching it. Only downfall is if you don’t get a great seal when you put it on it will peel easier and then it comes off quicker. But that rarely happens after a few practice tries

Speeds up the healing process

I have unfortunately gotten cold sores on my nose ever since I was a child. Not only are they incredibly painful they look terrible. I have Thai many different medical creams as well as many over-the-counter creams and I find these patches speed up the healing process tremendously.I will definitely be purchasing in the future.

Must have for Cold Sores

I started using these a couple of years ago. They are a great idea and very helpful during sleep. I used to use bandages on my cold sores, so they wouldn't burst or run dismiss my face, or get on my pillow. But who wants to use bandages? I was so happy when I found out that polysporin makes these. I put one on after washing my face, but before I moisturize, as they will not stick to moisturizer. In the morning, peel it off, and it's amazing how much healing has already occurred! The only thing I don't like about these, is the price. But I still buy them, because they are worth it.

A cover-up 4 the dreaded cold sore

Nobody enjoys a cold sore, I myself feel somewhat embarrassed when I have a cold sore. But the Polysporin Cold Sore patch covers the ugly cold sore, creates a barrier to help stop the spread of the cold sore and I found it sped up my healing time. My only grumble is sometimes I cannot get the cover-up to stick to my sore, although it is probably more my fault than the patches fault.

Nice way to cover Coldsores

I've tried this product and although I did not exactly minimize my coldsore it did provide an effective way to hide it!

I actually went on a date with one on and they didn't mention anything so I think it was pretty effective! I would recommend this product to cover your cold sore until it heals :).

AMAZING!

I'd be lost without these! My kids get cold sores all the time, and these bad boys knock them out! Put on at bedtime, and the cold sore looks SO much better in the morning. That is music to a mom's ears!

Cold Sore remedy

I love this product. I have been getting cold sores most of my life and have found these to be the best product out there. You apply it at first sensation or when you see it and leave it. I like that it keeps you from touching the sore in anyway. I find it keeps the cold sore clean and moist enough and heals up speeding time. Keeps the virus contained and prevents spreading.

This is the best product for my cold sore. When I apply the product my friends don't know that I have a cold sore. Heal fast and least noticeably. Love it!

Did not work for me

I found that it was to large for me, it was hard to get on in the correct spot and when I did, it would peel up around the edges and look terrible. Because it wouldn't stay in place it was hard to know how effective it was.

Meh...

I bought this product, which was fairly expensive for a product that i found just okay. I had a coldsore in corner of my mouth and when i first applied patch it looked great covering up and healing sore as promised. But didnt last long. Within 10-15 min it would stArt to crumple up and stick to itself due to its location. Not good if the problem area is corner of mouth
