My boyfriend buys these all the time when he gets eye infections. They recently reformulated it and now the "Pink Eye" version, as shown in the image is the one you gotta get for eye infections, even though it's marketed for pink eye. Good luck finding it though, every time I check at Shoppers it's out of stock and the pharmacist even says they are backordered on it big time.
Wearing contact lenses I get more than my fair share of eye infections and irritations, and my youngest son gets chronic ear infections. Polysporin Ear & Eye Drops have been a life saver for us. Instant relief, a bit on the expensive side $20 for a tiny little bottle, but it really works well!
I like the fact that you can purchase it over the counter. Gone is the fear of overheating ear drops and burning your eyes or those of your loved ones. Kids are more likely to let you place drops in their ears knowing that there are no chances that it will hurt. I thankfully never burned my kids but sometimes when your ears hurts so much a little bit of heat can cause immense pain. It's a great idea to offer a cold option. It works fast and relieves pain associated with ear and eye infections.
Great solution for pink eye and it doesn't require a prescription. With pink eye being so common in day cares this is a fast and effective way to cure it. Works quickly and does not sting. Kids have no issues using this.
This really helped my eye get back to normal. When I first applied it it stung a bit but afterthat the redness decreased and my eye wasn't itching anymore.
