Polysporin Triple Antibiotic Ointment Formula helped with a recent infected bug bite, but it also helped with a shaving injury - so I am very impressed! It was a tad out of my price range, but I think overall worth having and a little seems to go a long way. I think I would take this travelling on my next overseas adventure.

Seriously, miracle in a tube. This stuff is amazing for cuts or scrapes, I've even applied to acne scabs after a severe break out and it's helped heal within a few days. I've tried no name brands similar but none that have worked as well. I will always have this in my medicine cabinet.

2nd degree burns on both of my feet due to hot liquids being spilled out accidentally. Faithfully used as directed on tube for 2 weeks and bed rest. The burn started to heal nicely during this time. After an additional month of hobbling my wound was fully healed and I could wear running shoes again without discomfort. I was still using the ointment during this time period as well. No antibiotics were needed as there was no infection. Thank goodness I always have a tube in my medicine chest.

You can't ask for a more reasonably priced item. It is effective. You should store this in your medical kit whether you're a kid in college or an adult with a family. You will go through tubes of it. it disinfects the area ensuring you won't get bacteria caught in your cut or scrape. The smell is not over powering enough to get you dizzy- but there is a medical smell to it.

This ointment is like a wonder for sure.It not only cleans but aids in the healing. I myself and others I know have actually used this on their dog or cat with no problem at all and it did work.

I use this on a piercing I have that got infected. I read online that it could help and thats exactly what it did! I applied it a few times a week and within the week it was healed.
