This is definately my Go To brand for small cuts and scrapes. A fixture in the First Aid kit for generations in my family! Love how it goes on, and absorbs well into the skin. Haved used on some basty cuts, which now have virtually no scarring.
When you suddenly find yourself with a nasty, but not too dangerous, cut there is probably nothing quite as reliable as Polysporin. An ointment that promises not only to disinfect the wound but to also help in the healing process and lessen the chance of scarring, Polysporin has been a staple for years and vital for any first aid kit. I can easily remember my own mother instantly brandishing it whenever my brother cut his hand or chicken wire or I scraped my knee. Personally I like to get the "pain or numbing " formula. I like the fact that when the cream goes on, it instantly numbs the troubled area, instantly providing relief. I use this product for many, many types of aliments.
LOVE LOVE THIS !! YEAH FOR POLYSPORIN !!
This should be a must have for every home, and first aid kit. I have a tube in my bathroom, one in the car, as well as a travel size in my purse. It comes in so handy, and helps to heal cuts quickly. Prevents infections, etc.
An amazing product you always want to have handy when you have kids. This works great and helps heal fast and keeps the germs out.
I love polysporin and have had this in my medicine cabinet available all the time. I use this product because I love how it does not leave a scar as I have a skin disorder which leaves welts, especially on the arms. It works really good and would recommend it to anyone.
This works best for scrapes and minor burns! I always buy it when it's on sale though
I burned a couple of my fingers this weekend on a cooking sheet and after running them under cold water, immediately put on Polysporin Triple Antibiotic Ointment Formula.
It was amazing in helping relieve the pain!
It's only been a couple of days but the healing process is going really well!
I'm amazed by how quickly the blisters are healing!
I make sure to always have Polysporin on hand! Thank goodness for that! :)
I believe this is one of the best products I have tried.
I had gotten a very bad cut and refused stitches. I was sent home with a tube of this and a bunch of gauze. I was told chances of it healing nicely were slim to none. I proved them wrong !
I used this for about a month, and my skin healed nicely. It was never irritated and was kept moisturised from the polysporin. I did end up with a keloid though, which was not the fault of polysporin.
Overall great healing product, but I do agree they should state the medical ingredients, especially for people with allergens and sensitive skin !
A staple to have in the house for any little cut, scrape, rash or burn. Its a great barrier to protect the area while promoting healing. Since you don't need a lot, the little tube lasts a long time. We always have 2 tubes - one with our travel gear (or specifically with the spouse's hiking, paddling gear) and one in our medicine cabinet.. Its always handy. I've used it on scrapes or cuts my cat gets too.
I always keep a tube of polysporin around and use it whenever I get a cut, scrape or burn. Work very well and you really notice the difference when you use poly and when you may forget to.
