Polysporin has been my go-to ointment for years. Moreover, my favorite use for Polysporin is applying it on inflamed pimples, after I've made the mistake of popping them. I just add a little extra vitamin E serum to it as well, and it really speeds up the healing process unlike anything else I've tried. Furthermore, I do find you only need to use a small amount of product so it does last a while. However, my only complaint would have to be the packaging, more specifically the lid. I always seem to, consequently, find it has leaked.
A must have in every medicine cabinet. Use this for everything, burns, scrapes, cuts, infected bug bites. we use it so much my children ask for it by name every time they have an ouchie! When my hubby and I were in a fire he burned his hands very badly, had massive blisters. We used this stuff religiously every day until he was healed and I swear he doesn't even have a mark left from it at all! Pretty amazing since the doctors originally thought he would need plastic surgury! Thank you Polysporin!! xo
I absolutely love this product. It is my one go to ointment for quick relieve of minor cuts and burns and for common skin irritation. it is the one ointment that I would not live without in my household. It is also great for use on cochlear implants such as mine for keeping the skin around the implant moisturized. It is an ointment you will find yourself going to again and again,
We always have this available in the house for everything from scrapes to the more serious cuts. My boyfriend accidentally sliced off the tip of his finger using a mandolin (gross, I know), and used this covered in gauze to heal rather than getting a prescription. Within about two weeks his finger was fine, no scarring.
I don't think it's a miracle worker, and if you have a serious injury you should obviously go to the hospital, but it's a medkit must have for at-home injuries and ailments!
I really like this product, great for little cuts and scapes. Also works well on tattoo's
always put on before the band aid for every real or cant u see it mom boo boo.
Always been a fan of Polysporin - eye/ear drops have long been a staple in my household. Polysporin's Triple Therapy Antibiotic Ointment formula lives up to Polysporin's history of great products. Definitely the no-sting effect is always a plus but it's effectiveness is where it really shows. A must for any first aid kit. Suitably priced and well worth the money. Found it to work fast. Definitely a product I will recommend.
