It provides great protection to help with the healing. Would buy this product again. I wish it was not so greasy. Overall great!

Polysporin versus dog cut

My dog has strong paws and sometimes we get scratched when he is excited. One of the scratches started to not look good as if it was getting infected. We started using the polysporin and it definitely helped heal the wound without any additional interventions. It is not terribly greasy and comes in a convenient size.

I used this on a small skin irritation and it definitely helped heal it quickly. The only issue I experienced was the design of the tube, the opening was too large and too much product came out at once causing wastage.
