This is actually a decent cleaner, it makes your skin feel nice and smooth and cleanses well, though I don't think this should be used a makeup remover since not all cleansers are meant to do that in general. Over all a good product.

This is a staple in my bathroom. I grew up watching my mom use this every night. She always stressed the importance of taking care of your skin. No matter what expensive products she bought or tried she always came back to this one. I love this, it makes my skin smooth and baby soft and takes off makeup like no ones business lol

This is an old skool favorite of mine. I love using this when I go camping. It cleans, moisturizes and tones my face in one step. Very convenient for travelling, effective and I always go back to this.

Great little product. This product removes your makeup effectively without much effort. Leaves skin feeling smooth. Overall it's just a really great product.

My mom used this when I was younger and I started using it in my early 20's. I use it a couple of times a week and now understand how my mom has kept her skin so soft and glowing. It is a very nice product.

This product is pretty great, I like how easy it is to you, just use your hand, and it's actually pretty fun to clean your face this way. I dont really enjoy how greasy my face feels afterwards, for me it always requires another step to wash off the grease layer. It's pretty cheap, I got a two-pack for the price of one, so hopefully it'll grow on me.

I have tried using this as a facial cleanser it is way too oily for my skin and leaves an oily feeling all day. I decided to use it as an eye make up remover and it works ok but again I find it too oily

My mom likes to use cold cream and I never really tried it until recently. Now I understand why she likes this product to remove make up - it is gentle, soothing, and effective. One reason I would use this over a liquid water/oil based makeup remover is because of the after-feel of coolness. Also, I find it less oily. However, I don't really like using this on my eyes/eyelashes because I find the cream to be thick and it may be difficult to wash or wipe off. I like using this on my face.

I am a late thirties lady with unbalanced, dehydrated skin. I am often too rough and/or ignorant when it comes to cleansing my new skin. Yes, my new skin. Throughout my life, Ive had easy to care for, relatively resistant and oily skin. Since my early 30's things began to change and my skin has become dry/combo and sensitive. I have been increasingly interested in cream cleansers, and I have tried all the popular ones. I've had mixed if not unsatisfactory results.
I have been experiencing very dehydrated skin. VERY dehydrated. I have an autoimmune disorder and that has lead to some unbalances in my system-especially hormones- and I have been driving myself over the wall trying to figure out how to cleanse.
I have had a tub of Pond's around for the longest time. I know, I shouldn't be using 2 yr old cold cream that has been open and dug into...but my skin was seriously dry and pissed off. Nothing was working. Not even Cetaphil. In desperation I scooped out a generous amount of Pond's and slathered it on. I waited about 10 minutes and wiped it off with a warm cloth. My skin was NOT greasy, not irritated and it was actually still very thirsty. I am amazed at how calm my skin looks after using it this morning. I hate the scent though and the formula is problematic. I don't expect this to last. Will update.
~Update~This is too scented dor me. It makes my eyes water when using it.
