My grandmother turned me onto Ponds when I was just a teenager. I still use it in the summer to soothe sunburn and in the winter for chapped skin. It is a true original and can't be beat for the price!

I like this cream. It's a little on the thicker side but it does is job. It hydrates well too. If you're using this before make up application, I recommend waiting for it it completely dry or your foundation kind of slides around.

I have to say this is a very thick, heavy night time cream, definitely not for use during the day as your, face can feel quite greasy before it absorbs. It does a good job of softening the skin, but...

definitely not one for the scent sensitive folks out there. I found this to be waaaay too cloying and perfumed. Smells a little like Grandma's floral based perfume and was just far too strong for me.

I liked this cream and its hydration but do not know why it is so expensive even at Walmart. I would buy it again but the price is a big hindrance. It works well

Overall I really like this cream. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and it does what it says. My dry winter skin feels soft and hydrated after applying this cream. My only problem with it is there is a bit of an oily residue if you apply a lot, especially if you use the cream in the hot summer I find. So make sure to apply a small amount, and then it shouldn't be an issue in most cases.

Thick cream for my skin, keeps my skin very hydrated and helps with foundation/bb cream application afterwards. Definitely need to apply powder to keep face looking moist but it helps ensure that my face does not flake throughout the day.

I do like the Pond's dry skin cream, it does work well as a moisturizer, but I find it too thick & greasy for a day cream for my face. I use it on other body parts or as a night moisturizer.

So I get very dry skin when the weather changes and if I'm out into the cold to long but mg aunt uses this and she let me try hers out. It was good I must say but I found there was a smell to it that I didn't like. But besides that it help my skin while it was dry but after 3 weeks of using it I took a allergic reaction to it. I don't use this kind no more but great for someone who can use all kinds of products.

This was definitely a moisturizing cream, and it works very well and absorbs quickly. I had dry skin all over my body after coming back from vacation (too much sun :(...) but after using this cream, my skin was restored within a few days.

This is a very moisturising cream, though I would recommend it for body parts, not face. I, personally, have an oily face and dry arms and legs. I used this on my limbs, and it worked great. Smooth and soft. I used it on my face after using a strong facial cleanser that left my skin dry and uncomfortable, and I would break out quickly. My face is naturally oily, but was dried out, and this cream made it more oily. For naturally dry skin, it works great!
