I didn't find these towelettes to really clean my face very well especially stubborn makeup.
I had to use additional products on top of this towelette so kind of made me do double the work (and spend double the money)
I think if I DID buy these again, I would only use them as a refresher cloth, not to clean the face but just to sooth the face in between washes (such as on a plane or after gym) because I did not find it cleaned well...
I tried these one time and really wasn't all that impressed! They will take off most of the make up, but definitely not the mascara. They do smell ok and are gently on the skin but I want a cleansing cloth that is going to thoroughly clean my skin and pores. For the price and the effectiveness I don't think I will bother with them again.
I picked these up on sale at Walmart to give them a try. They're ok. They seemed to get all the makeup on my skin but I had to use liquid eye makeup remover to get all of my mascara off. Would I buy again? No. If I still have to use an additional product to finish the job, then it's a no go in the future.
I don't buy a lot of Pond's products. The brand seems a bit outdated to me. When I think Ponds I think of an ancient, thick cold cream in a jar that grandma used to use. I was pleasantly surprised by these makeup remover cloths though. Except for really tough or waterproof makeup, these do a decent job of removing dirt and makeup while leaving your face feeling soft. It's an okay purchase. Overall, I think in order to create a new following the brand needs a serious update and overhaul of their product line.
It's a great product if you just wanna refresh your face, but I didn't find it did much for makeup removal. Lightly scented, which is nice, but a bit pricey
