96% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I tried this chips last weekend and I fell in love! These chips are great for some many reason, but here are my top 3:
1) They come in a much smaller bag - big enough to share but small enough you could finish a bag yourself and feel like your pigging out (while in reality you ate half as much as a regular Doritos for example)
2) They are delicious!
3) They don`t sit in your stomach and make you feel sluggish like other chips. I didn`t feel gross after eating these like I often to with regular potato chips
They are deifinitely worth a try, and they`re a great alternative for people looking to substitute their potato chip habit.
These are the best snack food ever invented. I am a sucker for potato chips but, dont eat the because of the fat content. Well if you are like me you are going to love these. For a whole 85g bag there are only 12g of fat. But, that is for the whole bag 31 chips are 6 g and 170 calories. When you get a craving for chips that you just cant shake choose PopChips.
They are amazing, and the fact they are healthy and no artificial things means even my dad who's on a strict diet but still loves chips can enjoy them
If you love traditional potato chips (honestly, who doesn't?) you will love popchips.
Why?
a) They are only 120 calories per serving (about half a bag or so) with 4 grams of fat, zero grams saturated fat, no trans fat and no cholesterol.
b) They are neither baked or fried. According to the website "We don't fry it (unhealthy). We don't bake it (undelicious). We take wholesome potatoes, add a little heat and pressure, and pop! It's a chip."
c) They taste great!
I'm pretty sure that Shopper's Drug Mart is the only place in Canada that you can get them, and I have only seen three of the seven flavours they make. The original popchips remind me of Munchos, but sans all the fat and calories while the bbq is similar to the sweet bbq taste of lays.
The bag may feel way too light, but try them, you will not be disappointed.
