They are a nice for in the morning they are not heavy on the tummy and no cooking needed. You can warm up the milk it still is yummy.

I have loved eating Shreddies since I was a young girl. I am 58 and still love Shreddies. I some times add a small bit of another sweater cereal so I don't add sugar but Shreddies is still my number 1 cereal.

Shreddies has been a staple in my family kitchen for as long as I can remember. It's great in trail mixes and makes delicious cheesecake pie crusts. The only downside is that 9 times out of 10, by the time I get to the cupboard the box of Shreddies is pretty well empty.
