This is literally the best food! A mix of crunchy fries, salty cheese curds, and delicious gravy. It's such a perfect combo! Just make sure that you use cheese curds, as it makes it so much better! Eat it when it's warm, and it's truly delicious!
Canadian Staple
Poutine is extremely easy to make, and I find it tastes just as good made at home as from a food truck or restaurant.
First, I like to bake my fries. You can use whatever fry type that you generally prefer. While my fries are baking, I will first grate some cheese. You can use any cheese you prefer. I tend to mix it up from using cheese curds to grating regular cheese. I find cheddar cheese adds a nice twist and kick to the poutine. Then I usually make the gravy, so I can put it on the fries as soon as they come out of the oven. The heat from the gravy and fries will make the cheese melt. I like to use pre-packaged gravy as I tend to find I'm not too good at making homemade gravy. Once the fries are done, put the desired amount of cheese on top and then put on the desired amount of gravy. This tastes good with ketchup on the side.

Pour moi et ma famille une bonne poutine fait partie de notre alimentation une fois de temps en temps car c très bon. Nous aimons beaucoup manger une poutine à l'occasion pour nous faire plaisir. À qq reprise nous achetons une poutine mais et nous aimons bien faire notre propre poutine maison.

This is one of the best way to have fries.. I could eat one of these all the time.. too bad they have tons of calories lol.. Too bad it wasnt a canadian who discovered this sweet dish

C'est mon repas favori. Quel beau mélange de frites, sauce et fromage en grain Boivin, qui fait squick squick.
On ne sait pas quoi cuisiner, quoi de mieux que de commander une poutine.
Quand je voyage dans les villes de Québec, j'aime bien essayer leur poutine dans les casses-croûtes. Un pur délice.
