The product arrived quite promptly when opening it the packaging was clean and easy to read easy to open and the battery pack looked great got it open out of the protective bag and it surprisingly had 25% charge out of the box I was able to charge my cell phone hauwai mate 20 pro 2 times without having to charge the battery pack I plugged the battery pack in when I went to bed and in the morning it was fully charged it will be a perfect addition to my tech bag for on the go I would definitely recommend this product and you are getting your bang for your buck as it is great quality
