Something different to switch things up

Most protein bars are chocolate in flavour and having them everyday can get dull. This one is white fudge and it’s not overly sweet, white chocolate tasting. As someone who doesn’t like white chocolate, this is ok. It’s not too strong in flavour and the texture is soft and chewy. Not the best tasting but bought a box to change things up.

What a delicious protein bar....

These protein bars can be purchased at Loblaws, Rexall or Shoppers Drug Mart. The regular price is around Loblaws or Rexall for $3.49. The bar is 190 calories and there is 20% of your recommended calcium in each bar. There is a pleasant berry taste to the bar and it is the perfect sweetness. There are raspberry seeds throughout which gives a natural raspberry taste and texture. Th raspberry flavor is not overpowering but it is strong enough that you get that delicious fruit flavor. If you microwave the bar for for 30 seconds, you get a baked cookie texture. If you eat the bar straight from the wrapper, the texture is much more chewy. The white chocolate pieces on top of bar add sweetness-- they are only on top, not throughout bar-- and how many varies significantly from one bar to the next.
Eating Method: This bar tastes good heated or not heated, there is no preference. The texture of the bar differs significantly between the two methods.

Just okay

I had such high hopes for this flavour of bar.... it's not bad, but there is just something about it that leaves an aftertaste. Much better protein bars out there (in my opinion).
