A nice snack to take on the go

I was excited to receive the Powerbar Plant Protein Almond, Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate product for free, in exchange for completing a review of the product. I am always on the go and sometimes forget to bring snacks with me, and end up feeling very hungry. These bars are perfect for taking along with me in my purse. I tried my bar after a difficult power yoga session and it satisfied my hunger immediately. I think it has good nutritional value, except it is a bit high in sugar.

I recommend it to my family and friends, who are also busy and constantly on the go.

This bar is excellent. No, it won't replace a bar that is 20g of protein if that's what you're used to, but it will taste SO MUCH BETTER. I eat a lot of protein bars when I'm busy at work, or as pre-workout fuel. I will be grabbing these instead of alternatives because of the taste. I will be repurchasing and recommending to my friends.

Tried this protein bar and found it very filling. Loved the combination of almond sea salt and dark chocolate. Perfect for a pick you up or a snack. Would recommend to everyone.

Elle coupe une fringale sans hésitation ! Par contre elle laisse un drôle de goût en bouche !! Probablement qu’avec le temps l’on si fait, ça reste à voir !

Love Almonds, Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate

Thank you for letting me try the new PowerBar Plant Protein bars. I absolutely love this flavour of almond, sea salt and dark chocolate its nicely balanced in flavour. I am so happy these bars do not contain soy as the main protein. I do my best to try and avoid soy protein bars. This bar uses pea protein for its protein element and that's a plus for me. I'm happy that there are no artificial sweeteners either as I find them unappealing, good old cane sugar is best. Each bar contains 10 grams of protein however it is a bit high in calories for a bar at 230 calories. I did find these bars good at giving me energy when I was hungry and very satisfying. Overall I recommend this bar as they taste great, use pea protein and no artificial sweeteners and give you the energy you need. #gotitfree

Loved this flavour!

I very much enjoyed the almond version of this protein bar. The crunch of the almonds is perfect with the chewiness of the bar. You can tell the sea salt is there but it's not too overwhelming. The ingredient list is short and sweet which is always a bonus. I'm vegetarian so the fact that this is a vegan protein bar really helps me out as well (I don't have to worry about looking for animal protein powders in it). I have been looking for an alternative protein bar to the brand I normally buy so I'm very happy I got to try this one out! I would happily purchase this flavour in the future. #gotitfree

Contente d'avoir decouvert ce super produit grâce a chick advisor. Super mélange qui combine aussi bien le sucré que le salé. Pratique à transporter partout pour un petit boost d'énergie. Je recommande.

Chocolate bar or protein bar?!

I received these bars to try for free from Chickadvisor. I was a fan of both but I liked the almond one more. I was impressed from the first bite! Sweet and tasty. Love the almonds and dark chocolate. This is perfect for a quick snack at work or before hitting the gym. It's actually more filling than I thought it would be and it's nice that it is vegan, plus no gluten or soy. Will be recommending this to my vegan relatives!

PowerBar Plant Protein Almond

I received the almond flavoured PowerBar Plant Protein courtesy of XYStuff in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I personally prefer the almond bar over the cashew bar just because I like almonds better than cashews. I like the fact that the PowerBar Plant Protein doesn't flake and fly everywhere when I eat it. Everything seems to hold together. I like the crunchiness of the bar. I would definitely purchase this flavour again.
