Excellent protein bar

I received this power bar free from Chick Advisor to try, and it was tasty...too tasty! I always have a snack in my purse and this is my first choice, I have already bought a box, highly recommend them!

To start, I'm a vegetarian, and not all plant based protein sources taste very good.
This one had a pleasant taste though. It was crunchy, chewy, and had whole almonds and seeds. It also has a good amount of protein (about 10g)
It also provided me with a nice boost of energy.
Overall very impressed and would consider buying again over my usual brand.

Tastes great!

Very tasty! I loved the combination of sweet and savoury from the dark chocolate and sea salt. The texture is good and not too dry. I like that it is vegan and organic too.

Really good!

I really liked these! They tasted great, and it was good to know that each bar had so much plant-based protein, as well as things like nuts and seeds for extra energy. They are good non-processed alternatives to regular energy bars. A good snack when you're on the go. I enjoyed the taste, too.

Great Product - Highly Recommend

Really Enjoyed the taste. Slight bitterness and saltiness but I found it bearable. But I asked my wife to try it and she did not like it at all. A bit too salty for her or a bit too sour for her. I guess you could add more sugar into it

Yummy protein!!

This bar is delicious! I am ubable to make this at home. I love that I get to have some chocolate from it in a healthy quality. It keeps me energized and I do not feel any digestive issues after. Love it

Very tasty protein bar

The bars are great, you don't even notice that the are plant based. I tried all the three flavors and I really liked them. I recommend this bars as a healthy snack.

Great tasting!

I was excited to receive a free sample of this PowerBar Plant Protein Bar as I often grab a protein bar on my way out the door when I'm heading to work in the morning. I have found some protein bars to be very bland and almost chalky so I was delightfully surprised at just how flavourful this almond, sea salt and dark chocolate flavoured bar was. Just the right amount of sweet with just a hint of salt. I also liked the consistency as some protein bars are too thick and chewy.

Another aspect of the PowerBar Plant Protein Bar that I really liked is that I never felt I needed to snack at all before lunch. With other bars I have tried, I found that I was getting hungry again not long after eating one, therefor adding unnecessary calories to my day. I was pleased that was not the case at all with PowerBar Plant Protein Bar.

Tasted great but a little on the expensive side

The PowerBar Plant Protein Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt tasted really good, it was a great option for a snack on the go to toss in my bag on a busy day.

My only complaint was that when I went to go buy more I found them a little pricey compared to other options at my local store so I opted to wait until they (hopefully!) go on sale.

As far as nutrition goes, it was definitely better then some alternatives as far as the protein goes but the calorie count is pretty high, especially given the amount of sugar, so I wouldn't exactly call this a health food. If you are eating this as a meal replacement option then it isn't bad though.

Tastes good but not nutritious

I am a total sucker for dark chocolate and I believe this bar perfectly captures the rich and intense flavor of the dark chocolate by pairing it with the mild yet salty almonds. The flavor of these bars are phenomenal HOWEVER, they are definitely not healthy and should not be consumed on a regular basis as they are fairly high in sugar.
I would have this flavor of bar again but as a dessert rather than a nutritious snack as there are plenty of other nutritional bars with fewer grams of sugar and more protein, but in a pinch I believe these bars are much better than a few other health claiming bars which contain way more sugar than a candy bar.
