So delicious!

I just tried the Powerbar plant protein cashew, salted caramel and dark chocolate bar and I loved it! From the moment I opened the package there was an amazing smell of caramel (so much so that my work colleagues demanded a taste!). The bar was the perfect balance of caramel and chocolate, sweet and crunchy. My husband thought the bar was a little hard, but I didn't think it was. I really enjoyed the taste and it's nice that it comes with 10g of protein per bar. On the downside it does have a lot of suger (10g per bar), but I guess it's a small price to pay for a tasty protein bar. My work colleague who's vegan was trilled that it was Vegan certified. Overall I would recommend and I will definitely be buying it again! #Gotitfree

Great vegan bar for on the run and it's plant protein

I really enjoy the cashew salted caramel dark flavoured I was surprised how great it was I ate the bar after working out and I felt great after the bar was great # I got it free I would recommend it to my friends and family I would definitely buy this bar.

Protein + Caramel = Heaven

I am someone who eats a protein bar everyday at work. It keeps me going in between lunch and dinner, so naturally I was very excited to try these protein bars. First, I love that it is plant based protein, this is something I have been researching and looking to purchase so having it come in this bar is great. Second I was surprised by the taste, it was much sweeter than the Clif protein bars I usually use. I instinctively turned it over expecting to see it was loaded with sugar but it has almost 50% LESS sugar than my Clif bars. Finally, at first I thought I would be hungry immediately after eating since these were smaller than my current ones but it kept me satisfied until I left work.

This flavour is absolutely perfect and this can make a great dessert for those who are looking for healthier options.

One thing I do wish is that it had a bit higher protein content but overall I am very satisfied.

This was actually so tasty!

I am really blown away by this protein bar. Firstly, totally love the fact that it is vegan and uses plant protein, as I am really leaning towards more natural products right now. It definitely feels like a healthier option than the average protein bar. It was really original too- a crunchy texture and a great sweet and salty combo. It felt like a tasty snack, not a typical protein bar. I really enjoyed the flavour too, the caramel was sweet and contrasted well with the slightly salty flavour. It was balanced quite nicely. Overall, so long as the price was reasonable, I would definitely buy these again! They were just so tasty and kept me full for so long! I'm impressed.

Possibly as good as it get for protein bars

I really loved the flavour of this product. Cashews are the most flavourful nut/legume in my opinion. Most Protein Bars, taste like cardboard. This was way tastier. Also of note was the size. seemed a bit bigger than most bars, giving a more full, satisfying feeling....no need to eat a second.

Very good taste

This is a delicious bar. I was really happy to see it is nothing like other peanut-based protein bars I've had that were very mealy. This is -very- crunchy. You bite in and get a mouthful of crunch plus full peanuts and a bit of chewiness plus a coat of dark chocolate on the bottom. It is sweet, but not sickeningly sweet.

Natural and Delicious

This is really a true sweet and salty bar.
Similar products from other companies are either much too sweet, or almost bitter in its saltiness...not so with this new Powerbar, its really a great mix.
I think this may become my go-to bar for mid afternoon snacks or post workout cravings. Great product

Tasty and quite happy with the product

This protein bar was overall quite tasty, it had a nice texture and in my opinion was not overly sweet. Keep in mind that this bar itself is lower in protein and higher in sugar then some other brands. Sodium levels are overall okay and inline with other bars on the market. Overall, I am quite happy with this product. I would rate this a 4/5.

- the protein bar has a weird after taste
- Its a little too sweet for my liking

- Great chew
- I didn't like the really hard crunchy bits in the bar (texture)

Surprised By This!

I received this product as part of Chick Advisor's product review club to test and fell in love. I usually struggle with protein bars, and this one was a total exception. The texture and taste are truly amazing. It tasted nothing like a protein bar and more like an amazing high quality granola. I highly suggest purchasing these bars!
