Great Flavour!

I always try to make sure I have a couple of variety of protein bars on hand so when I’m in a rush I know it’s a healthy option and the extra boost to help me get through the day. The cashew, salted caramel & dark chocolate while an indulgent treat doesn’t taste at all chalky or chemical-like. Plant-based and 10g of protein makes for a great snack and I would highly recommend this flavour as well to anyone who is looking for a healthy meal replacement on the go!

Plant Protein To Go!

My fave flavour of the two I received. Took it with my ToGo mug to a business meeting I had to run to in the early morning. I was running on time but am not a large breakfast person. I like PowerBar to start with so I'd definitely buy these over the other bars now as I can get my plant protein in a different way. This one also tasted very chocolatey. I usually use shakes/smoothies to up my protein during the day and on the run.

Grams of Sugar = Grams of Protein???

I received the Powerbar Plant Protein Cashew, Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate bar for free from ChickAdvisor as part of their product review club opportunity. I was very excited to try a plant based protein bar. I am not vegetarian or vegan, but do try to incorporate as many plant based meals/snacks as possible into my day. I also love cashews and dark chocolate so how could I not love this bar? Well, at 230 calories per bar this is more of a meal replacement than a snack/post workout option. My biggest concern was the fact that the bar has only 10grams of protein (on the low side for a protein bar) and an equal number of grams of sugar 10grams!!! That is crazy! Add to that 12grams of fat and this is not something I will ever buy or eat again. For a bar that is labeled as cashew, salted caramel and dark chocolate it was really sweet. Too sweet for my taste buds. I would be better off eating a chocolate bar and not pretending I am eating something healthy.

Quality Flavour

The prduct has won my heart, after trying it, I bought 2 more of these. They are very quality type, by that i mean that anyone can eat it and will experience boost of energy in body especially after a workout with very essential nutrients needed for the body. Would recommend it!

A new go to!

I really loved these bars. I love the idea of protein bars for snacks and sometimes my breakfast. Great taste fills me up! Definately will be purchasing these again!

Not a fan

am very active and health conscious. I rely on protein bars & powders to increase my protein intake almost daily. I was excited and curious to taste to bars. This flavor was my favorite one but it still missed the mark for me. It's ok, but not that good. Also, it just isn't high enough on protein compared to other brands and taking into consideration the other macronutrients (fats, carbs vs protein). I would give it another try but I probably won't buy those.

Nice to receive this sample! Good taste, not too sweet. Would probably buy. I like that's it not grainy or gritty tasting. Also, attractive packaging makes it more appealing to purchase. Thank you!

Chocolate and cashews

Cashews are my favorite snack. Add the chocolate and I'm addicted! Great mix of flavors. Another one you must Try. What bettwr way to get protein. Very filling but satisfyingly.

Tasty!

I had the opportunity to try this product for free and I thought the taste was amazing! Love the chocolate and salty flavours combined, the Dark chocolate gave the bar an amazing taste and fulfilled my need for chocolate, something I love! The cashews added that perfect combination to complete the great taste of this bar. The only negative is it does leave a bit of an aftertaste which I was not too impressed with but during the time I ate it, I definitely enjoyed it!

I would 100% buy this product again. The flavours are so good and natural. My whole family love them. I can't wait to purchase these again for snacks for the kids.
